Job Description

Hands - on experience in Installation, Management, deployment of Monitoring Solutions like SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios etc.
Must have 5 +years relevant experience of SolarWinds platforms and modules viz. NPM, NCM, SAM, SCM & WPM
Knowledgeable on SolarWinds modules IPAM, UDT, VNQM, Pingdom, Loggly & Integration with ITSM & MOM Layer.
Should be able to Scope the requirement into appropriate Deliverables in order to deliver projects.
Responsible for handling escalation/on-demand calls for the delivery team on projects
Must have knowledge of DR/ HA/ Standalone and distributed architectures
Must be able to proactively/reactively handle issues
Capable of supporting routine SolarWinds support cases
Expertise in the use of network management protocols (e.g. SNMP, SNMP Traps, Syslog, ICMP, NetFlow etc.)
Good knowledge of MIBs, OIDs, Orion Agents and WMI performance counters.
Should have core competencies in the administration, support, and operation of the Orion SolarWinds platform and Certified on SolarWinds Products.
