We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor with experience in rooftop solar installations to manage on-site execution, coordinate teams, and ensure quality & safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities – Site Supervisor (Rooftop Solar)
- Supervise daily rooftop solar installation activities at site
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and project team for smooth execution
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are followed on-site
- Conduct quality checks and assist in basic troubleshooting
- Maintain daily reports, site updates, and documentation
- Manage tools, materials, and site inventory efficiently
- Interpret layout drawings / AutoCAD plans for execution
- Perform routine inspection of installed systems
- Handle manpower planning and task allocation
- Coordinate with clients at site and provide progress updates
Qualification :
- Experience: 2–4 years in rooftop solar
- Qualification: Diploma/ITI (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Skills: Site supervision | Team coordination | Basic AutoCAD | Safety compliance
