Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Service Engineer based in Haryana. The Solar Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, delivering technical support, addressing field service requests, and carrying out maintenance and repair tasks. The role includes diagnosing technical issues, ensuring optimal performance of solar systems, and collaborating with team members to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and providing effective solutions to technical issues.
• Expertise in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of solar systems and associated equipment.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in Technical Support to address customer inquiries and ensure system performance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to solar energy systems.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering is preferred.
