Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, NY, for a Solar Sales Telesales Executive. The role involves engaging with prospective customers via phone, explaining the benefits of solar energy solutions, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting follow-ups, converting leads into sales, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships. The candidate will be expected to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with the sales team to support company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in customer interaction.
  • Strong sales, lead generation, and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of the solar energy industry and related technologies is an advantage.
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data entry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales will be highly regarded.
