Role Description

India Solar is seeking a full-time, on-site Solar Sales Manager for its office in Noida. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will oversee sales operations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with the team to ensure successful project delivery. The Solar Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint in the solar energy sector.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client engagement, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, solar EPC solutions, market trends, and regulations.
  • Strategic thinking, market analysis, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for fostering collaboration and motivating sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel as required for client meetings and project discussions.
