We handle high volumes of inbound leads generated through digital marketing and are expanding our sales team to scale installations across multiple states.
Job Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Solar Sales Executive who can handle inside sales operations, convert leads into confirmed installations, and achieve monthly sales targets.
This role is completely focused on sales and revenue generation. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-performance, target-based environment.
Key Responsibilities1 Lead Calling & Follow-Up
- Make a minimum of 50 calls per day
- Handle both inbound and outbound solar leads
- Follow up consistently until closure
- Maintain strong customer engagement
2 Sales Conversion
- Explain PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana clearly in simple Hindi
- Guide customers about subsidy, loan, and net metering process
- Sell Residential and Commercial On-Grid Solar Systems
- Close deals over phone with strong negotiation
3 CRM & Reporting
- Update all customer interactions in CRM daily
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking
- Submit daily performance reports
- Track lead status and follow-up schedule
4 Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly installation targets
- Focus purely on sales performance
- Maintain high conversion ratio
- Work towards incentive slab growth
