Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gorakhpur for a Solar Sales Executive and Marketing Manager. The position involves leading sales efforts, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities in the solar energy sector, and developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote solar energy solutions effectively.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and creating client strategies
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Online Branding
  • Ability to develop and execute Marketing Plans with creativity and strategic thinking
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving, Analytical Thinking, and Goal-Oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the solar, energy, or renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
