This is a part-time remote role for a Solar PV Plant Design Trainer. The role involves preparing and delivering training sessions on solar PV plant design, sharing industry insights, and curating educational materials to meet the learning needs of aspiring professionals. The trainer will also provide continuous mentorship and guidance to learners to help them succeed in the solar energy sector. Active collaboration with SkillDzire team members will be necessary to create impactful learning experiences.

• Proficiency in Solar Power, Solar Systems, and Solar Industry knowledge
• Familiarity with concepts and technologies related to Wind Energy and Power Generation
• Previous experience in renewable energy or related fields is an advantage
• Strong teaching, communication, and mentoring skills
• Ability to deliver training remotely using various digital tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
