Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Coimbatore for a Solar Projects Manager. The Solar Projects Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of solar project activities. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, serving as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring timely inspection and quality compliance, and supervising logistic operations. Additionally, the role involves expediting processes to meet deadlines while ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Expediting and Expeditor activities, ensuring timely completion of project stages
  • Proficiency in Project Management with a solid understanding of project lifecycles
  • Strong experience in Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards
  • Skills in Logistics Management, including the ability to oversee the storage, transport, and delivery of equipment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in renewable energy or solar projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under tight deadlines
