Solar Procurement Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive . solar

energy sector, specifically in sourcing and procuring solar components. The ideal

candidate should have strong existing connections with direct OEMs (Original

Equipment Manufacturers) for modules, inverters, structures, and BOS materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure solar components including modules, inverters,

mounting structures, cables, and other BoS items.

Build and maintain strong relationships with direct OEMs and authorized

distributors

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-

effective procurement.

Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality and timely delivery of

materials.

Coordinate with internal design and project execution teams for accurate

material forecasting.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and product developments

in the solar industry.

Handle purchase orders, contracts, and vendor documentation in

compliance with company policy.

Ensure alignment of procurement activities with project timelines and

budgets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related

field.

Proven OEM connections for key solar components (especially Tier-1 module

& inverter manufacturers).

Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Working knowledge of procurement software and MS Office tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
