Responsibilities
- Design and implement solar energy systems for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct site assessments to determine solar panel placement and energy production potential.
- Work with engineering teams to develop optimized solar solutions.
- Oversee the installation of solar panels and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to installation teams and clients.
- Monitor and maintain solar systems to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 4-12 years of experience in solar panel installation or related field.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies and systems design.
- Proficiency in CAD software for system design and layout.
- Experience with project management and working with contractors and vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
