Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Solar Maintenance Engineer. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of solar panels and associated equipment. Responsibilities include carrying out regular preventive maintenance, handling equipment troubleshooting and repairs, and performing electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks as needed. The engineer will work closely with the team to ensure optimal system performance while adhering to safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and managing Preventive Maintenance tasks
- Experience with Electrical Maintenance in solar or related industries
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the energy or maintenance sector
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or a related field
- Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
