Solar Square is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Solar Consultant to join our residential sales team in Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solar solutions, and managing the sales process until closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and meet potential and existing customers.
• Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and explain solar solutions to customers.
• Negotiate with customers and drive sales closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Travel locally for customer meetings and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience is required.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience in B2C Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition will be relevant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable with field visits and customer meetings.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
