Software Tester

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, with strong experience implemented QA processes and Automated frameworks
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, guide, and lead QA teams.
• Proven experience in developing QA strategies, implementing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handson expertise in automation frameworks such as Playwright, Karate, and Rest Assured.
• Strong proficiency in SQL querying, data validation, and troubleshooting data issues.
• Experience designing, maintaining, and improving test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, particularly in complex or productionlike environments.
• Understanding of information governance, compliance standards, and quality controls within datacentric solutions.
• Experience with Python for data analysis or QA utility scripting is a plus.
• Ability to independently drive work, collaborate crossfunctionally, and take ownership of quality outcomes.

Good to Haves

• Knowledge of warehouse systems is a plus.
• Experience supporting major system conversion or data migration projects.
• Experience working with tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, and test data preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with cost and margin data flows within retail and enterprise systems.
• Good communication in English.
