Software Test Engineering III-SUPPORT SERVICES-Applications-CTB

The Lead Test Engineer at Kotak will help in shaping the Quality first mindset and vision for large scale,
multi-platform banking software products that includes - Web, Mobile and Backend APIs.
We are looking for experienced, hands-on and self-motivated leaders who can mentor the team and work
collaboratively in a start-up like environment and be a role model in setting up the Automation Center of
Excellence (COE) team.
This role involves working closely with Leadership teams, Engineering teams, PMs, Business experts and
other stakeholders that includes leveraging shift-left methods to understand the banking domain and
product. You will focus on building the culture that leverages Test Automation at all levels, tracks progress
via metrics and believes in continuous improvements of processes and productivity.
