Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Python GenAI Tester with strong experience in AI/Generative AI testing, AWS-based environments, and modern test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of agentic and GenAI-driven applications, working closely with development, product, and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies for AI/Generative AI and agentic frameworkbased applications
- Perform functional, system, regression, in-sprint, SIT, and UAT testing across multiple environments
- Validate GenAI outputs, model behavior, workflows, and data accuracy
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and Selenium (Java)
- Perform SQL and database testing to validate data integrity and backend processes
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Prepare and maintain RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix)
- Create detailed test reports, dashboards, and defect metrics for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects early and improve overall quality
- Ensure best practices in test design, execution, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong hands-on experience with Python-based testing
- Experience testing AI / Generative AI applications and agentic frameworks
- Solid knowledge of AWS cloud environments
- Proficiency in Selenium with Java for test automation
- Strong experience in functional, system, SIT, UAT, regression, and in-sprint testing
- Hands-on experience with SQL & database testing
- Working knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD integration
- Experience in test design, execution, and defect management
- Strong understanding of RTM and QA documentation standards
Nice to Have
- Exposure to LLMs, prompt validation, and AI workflow testing
- Experience with performance or security testing in cloud environments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
