We're looking for an experienced Manual Tester - Finacle for our Mumbai office (Work from Office only).

Job Title: Manual Tester
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning & Design: Analyze requirements, create test plans, conditions, and detailed test cases for Finacle CBS features (Customer Info, Loans, Deposits, GL, Payments).
- Test Execution: Perform manual, functional, system, regression, and integration testing, executing test scripts and logging results (pass/fail/defects).
- Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and re-test bugs using tools like JIRA or ALM, collaborating with developers for resolution.
- Banking Domain Expertise: Validate core banking functionalities, accounting entries, customer data (CIF), and regulatory aspects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain test artifacts, generate status reports, test completion reports, and contribute to process improvement.
- Automation (Optional but preferred): Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium/Tosca for efficiency.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience testing Finacle Core Banking Systems.
- Strong understanding of banking processes (Assets, Liabilities, Payments, GL, CIF).
- Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (any stream) OR
- M.Sc. (IT) / MCA
