As a Software Technical Project Lead you will be responsible for the technical leading, planning, execution and delivery of perception algorithms to the
operations.
The Project Lead will comply with SW development processes and follow the priorities and schedules and contribute to the devleopment of Parking and Driving
solutions for ADAS L2 and L2+
Responsibilities
To be an effective SW PL, concise communications is key within the SW team itself and also reporting up to the R&D PM and across the other Function Owners
delivering within the project
Updated project planning documents including resource forecasting
In charge of the robust project execution in line with the project's targets
Ensures SW development processes are followed
Reports progress and resources to SW Dept and project weekly
Contributing to process development as required
Represent the SW team at the customer level so will need to have customer experience previously
Overall responsibility of the successful management of the SW project and reporting up into the R&D PTM
Supports R&D PM for customer interface in SW issues
- Detailed scheduling andbudgeting
Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones and a have a good understanding of the required resources needed to deliver project tasks
Deliver SW projects on time, within scope and on budget
- Management of the contributors
Daily management of SW project
Assign tasks and work packages to SW team members
Aligns external deliveries to manageable integration tasks
Qualifications
Minimum Degree in engineering preferably in the fields of electronics / computer science
Master of Science in Computer sciences or Software Engineering or equivalent domain preferable
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership skills / potential to lead projects technially in the area of perception algorithms for Parking and Driving functions
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, enforcement assets and focus on results
- Strong technical expertise to lead and guide the team in ADAS perception
- Ability to manage projects across multiple timezones / cross-cultural cooperation
- Automotive SPICE experience is an advantage
Desired Skills

Min 8 years experience preferably in automotive embedded software
Min 5 years of relevant SW project management, methodologies and software experience
