Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Software Technical Project Lead to drive the development and delivery of perception algorithms for Parking and Driving solutions in ADAS (L2 & L2+). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with proven leadership and project management experience in automotive software development.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership- Lead the development of perception algorithms for ADAS Parking & Driving functions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the software team
- Ensure adherence to software development processes and standards
Project Planning & Execution- Plan, execute, and deliver software projects aligned with timelines and priorities
- Maintain project plans including resource forecasting and scheduling
- Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and budget
Stakeholder & Customer Management- Act as the primary interface for customers on software-related topics
- Collaborate with R&D Project Managers and cross-functional teams
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and resources
Team Management- Assign tasks and manage daily activities of the software team
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth integration of deliverables across modules
Process & Quality- Ensure compliance with software development processes (ASPICE)
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Required Skills- Strong experience in ADAS perception algorithms (Parking & Driving)
- Proven technical leadership / project lead experience
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and cross-cultural teams
