Role Overview
As a Software Solutions Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle of our digital and SaaS offerings. You will strategically sell technology solutions that digitize and optimize ground transportation, logistics, and corporate mobility for large enterprises, government bodies, and consultants.

Office Hours:9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST
Experience:510 years in B2B/Enterprise Sales
CTC Range:10.5 Lakhs to 12 Lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identify, qualify, and build a robust pipeline from target verticals (IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.) through cold outreach, networking, and field scouting.
- Consultative Selling & Presentations:Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions, deliver tailored product demos, and present solutions that address specific client pain points in operations and cost management.
- Sales & Pipeline Management:Own and manage your sales territory with disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and strategic funnel management.
- Target Achievement:Take full ownership of meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. Lead commercial negotiations and contract closures.
- Client & Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, CFOs, Transport/Facility Heads, CIOs).
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with Solution Architects, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and ensure successful client onboarding.
Requirements
- 510 years of proven experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS, Mobility Tech, Transportation, or Enterprise Software.
- A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a full-cycle sales role.
- Strong familiarity with concepts in digital transformation, automation, and mobility/logistics operations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and using CRM tools for data-driven sales execution.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A hunter's mindset combined with strategic, consultative selling capabilities.
