About the Role
Focus Softnet is looking for a Software Sales Specialist with proven experience in selling ERP products. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building enterprise client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through solution-based selling. (www.focussoftnet.com)
Responsibilities
- Sell ERP solutions to SMB and enterprise clients
- Generate new leads through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups
- Handle the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, demo coordination, proposal, and closure
- Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions
- Conduct product presentations and solution discussions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- MBA / Marketing qualification is an added advantage
Required Skills
- 24 years of experience in software / ERP sales
- Hands-on experience selling ERP products (Finance, HR, CRM, SCM modules preferred)
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Ability to understand business requirements and position ERP solutions
- Experience working with CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling enterprise clients
- Knowledge of ERP market trends
