Role Description

Support Autorox's entry into international markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa by identifying potential customers and business opportunities.

Sales Execution: Implement country-specific sales plans to target independent workshops, multi-brand chains, and dealerships, aligned with defined go-to-market strategies.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively manage inbound and outbound leads, engage prospects through calls, emails, and demos, and convert opportunities by following the SaaS sales cycle.

Product Demos & Closures: Deliver product demonstrations, understand customer pain points, address objections, and support pricing and contract discussions to close deals.

Customer Handover: Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

CRM & Reporting: Update CRM systems with accurate lead, pipeline, and customer information, and track assigned sales KPIs.

Market & Competitor Awareness: Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends in assigned international regions and share insights with the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Software Sales and a strong understanding of software solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Customer Service skills to foster and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with automotive or technology sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
