Role Overview

The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for selling e-Governance and ERP software solutions to government departments (B2G segment) in Bangalore. The role requires field sales experience, fluency in Kannada, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within government departments for e-Governance and ERP solutions.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain records of client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of software solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the assigned territory.

Candidate Profile

  • 15 years of experience in field sales, preferably in software or IT solutions.
  • Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of B2G sales processes and government procurement.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively and manage client relationships.
