Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software or technology sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and convert them into long-term business relationships.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is ambitious, confident, and eager to grow in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Logzee's software solutions
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads
  • Understand client business challenges and propose suitable software solutions
  • Deliver product presentations and demos to potential customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Update CRM with accurate sales activity and pipeline reports
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in software sales / IT sales / SaaS sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in speaking with decision-makers and business owners
  • Basic understanding of software solutions and business processes
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
