About the Role
For our location in Gurgaon, India, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Software Sales Consultant
Komax Designation: Technical Sales Support Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Customer Development: Spearhead the strategic growth and engagement of customer accounts across diverse sectors including automotive, aerospace, industrial, energy, and infrastructure, with a primary focus on the Indian market.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of customer projects of varying complexity and scale, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with client expectations.
- Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Develop and calculate detailed quotations and proposals, tailored to specific customer requirements and aligned with commercial objectives.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging business opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Corporate Representation: Represent the organization and its software solutions at international exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events, effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage in regular customer visits to foster strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Team Integration: Serve as the designated DiIT representative within the Komax sales team for India, facilitating seamless collaboration and strategic alignment.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- Professional Background: Over 5+ years of proven success in software and IT services sales,
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive new business opportunities, acquire clients, build pipelines, and consistently achieve quotas.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong track record in software and technical sales with expertise in production and process management.
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships across international markets.
- Presentation Skills: Skilled in delivering compelling demos, impactful presentations, and moderating discussions to support market development.
- Team Integration: Adept at collaborating within diverse, international teams while contributing effectively to shared goals.
- Work Style: Structured, analytical, and pragmatic approach with a focus on efficiency, results, and consultative solution selling.
- Personal Attributes: Flexible, committed, and assertive team player with a proactive mindset.
