Software Quality Engineer

What You Do

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Build and enhance automation frameworks to increase test coverage and capabilities
• Perform both automated and manual testing to ensure high-quality product releases
• Define, implement, and improve QA best practices
• Represent QA in stand-ups, project meetings, and cross-functional discussions

Who You Are

• B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science or related field with 2–4 years of QA engineering experience
• Skilled in developing test cases, test plans, and automation test scripts
• Experience in driving quality through testing, process improvement, and requirement validation
• Hands-on experience in UI automation using Python and Robot Framework
• Knowledge of reusable and scalable test framework design patterns
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong skills in estimation, planning, prioritization, and time management
• Positive, adaptable attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Desired Skills

• Expertise in Python, Robot Framework, and SQL
• Experience with tools like Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code, Selenium, SOAPUI, RestSharp, REST Assured
• Familiarity with Jira and TestRail or other test management tools
