Software Quality Engineer

• Design, develop, maintain and execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests
• Develop, maintain and enhance automation frameworks to enhance the capabilities and increasing the test coverage
• Perform automated and manual testing of our products to ensure high-quality releases
• Help define, improve and implement QA best practices
• Represent QA at stand-ups, project meetings, etc.

Who You Are

• B.Tech. / MTech. in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years experience in software QA engineering
• Experience developing test cases, automation test scripts and test plans
• Experience driving quality through process, requirements, and testing
• Experience with the design and development of UI automation using Python Robot frameworks
• Exposure to various design patterns for building reusable and scalable test frameworks
• Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Efficient in effort estimation, planning, prioritization and time management
• Flexible with a positive - do what needs to be done- attitude
• A fast learner with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction

Desired Skills

• Expertise with Python, Robot framework SQL
• Practical experience of tools like Visual StudioVisual Source Code, Selenium, SOAPUI/RestSharp/REST Assured, Jira and TestRailother test management tool
