Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and backend applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to translate requirements into effective test cases.
- Validate system functionality against healthcare compliance and billing standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Enhance and maintain automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
- Generate test execution reports and ensure adherence to QA processes.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong expertise in Selenium, UFT, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
- Hands-on experience in the US Healthcare domain (eligibility, claims, EDI, HIPAA transactions, compliance).
- Solid understanding of Healthcare Billing workflows and financial modules.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with API testing (Postman/Rest Assured).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
- ISTQB/Healthcare compliance certifications.
