Job Summary: We are seeking a SQA Audit Executive to oversee and guide a team of SQA professionals in auditing managed services and fixed-price projects. This individual will ensure project quality, manage reporting to senior leadership, and drive process improvements, while using JIRA for project tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.
- Manage project risks, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with project managers.
- Use JIRA to track progress and generate audit reports for senior management.
- Define quality metrics and benchmarks for continuous improvement.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Foster collaboration between teams and ensure smooth communication on quality issues.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SQA role.
- Expertise in JIRA for project tracking and reporting.
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and QA best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
