Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality.
• Utilize Selenium and other automation tools to create robust test frameworks.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify, track, and resolve software defects.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Design and implement testing strategies based on software requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles.
• Document test results, defects, and improvements using bug tracking tools.
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks and improve testing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
• Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
