We are a fast-growing FinTech company headquartered in Jaipur, building innovative financial solutions that empower businesses and individuals. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Quality Analyst with expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies
- Identify, record, and track bugs through their life cycle; ensure timely resolution
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks
- Perform regression, functional, integration, performance, and security testing
- Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation frameworks
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and industry best practices
- Provide clear and detailed test documentation and reports
- Take complete ownership of product quality, proactively suggesting improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 56 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle
- Proficiency in automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or similar
- Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Solid understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Jenkins)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
Nice to Have
- Experience in testing FinTech / Banking / Payment systems
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
