Software Project Development Lead

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams for timely software delivery across multiple domains
• Drive high-level design and architecture of embedded automotive products
• Liaise with software, integration, and testing teams for coordinated execution
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with customer expectations

Key Deliverables:

• Achieve 90%+ on-time milestone delivery across sprints
• Coordinate design, development, and defect triage for key programs
• Create and implement software delivery frameworks for clusters, displays, or BMS
• Deliver high-quality embedded solutions in alignment with OEM requirements
