Must-Have
1. Hands on experience on Microsoft Intune Admin center, Microsoft Azure Portal & System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
2. Good Knowledge on Operating system (Windows 10 and 11, Windows server 2016,2019,2022).
3. Experience of working in complex & widespread Infra.
4. Application packaging and Customized application packaging.
Good-to-Have 1. MD- 102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Experience relevant to Azure, Intune tenant & SCCM Infra setup configuration from scratch
2 Capable to handle High level technical issues & implement new initiatives
3 Windows OS level & windows update troubleshooting knowledge
4 Patch management & Application management through Microsoft Intune
5 Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
6 Training, documentation, and support.
7 Good SQL query Knowledge & Customization of SCCM Reports.
