Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Instructor or Consultant who is proficient in tools like Kyriba, ClickUp, and Tableau. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training employees, ensuring effective tool adoption, and supporting teams in utilizing these platforms efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on Kyriba, ClickUp, and Tableau
- Develop and deliver structured training modules and materials
- Provide hands-on guidance to teams for real-time problem-solving
- Assist in implementation and onboarding of these tools within the organization
- Monitor user adoption and provide continuous support and improvements
- Customize training based on different team requirements (Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the respective software
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth training execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Kyriba, ClickUp, and Tableau
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring employees
- Strong understanding of workflow management, data visualization, and treasury tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer or consultant
- Certifications in Kyriba, ClickUp, or Tableau (preferred)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
