We are looking for an experienced Software Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training programs to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in software technologies and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Exprience in Interview of exprience Candidates.
- Deliver hands-on training with real-time examples and projects
- Design and update course curriculum, training materials, and lab exercises
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and projects
- Provide interview preparation and career guidance
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in one or more technologies such as:
- Java / Python / .NET
- Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular)
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- SAP / Salesforce / Oracle
- Automation & Testing (Selenium, RPA, API Testing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train beginners as well as experienced professionals
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Qualifications
- BE / BTech / MCA / BCA / MSc (Computer Science / IT)
- Relevant technical certifications (preferred)
- Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Corporate training experience
- Content creation (PPTs, assignments, case studies)
- LMS and online training tools experience
- Flexible to work on weekends or evenings if required
