Job Description

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in software development and implementation, ideally in Quill
  • Strong knowledge of the Quintiq software and its modules, including the ability to customize and configure.
  • Experience in the programming language Quill for developing and customizing software modules.
  • Experience in integrating software solutions with other systems (e.g., ERP systems, MES systems) via Kafka and cloud-based microservices via JSON messages and Quintiq Integrator component.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is a plus.
  • Technical Implementation: Installation and configuration of the Quintiq software according to the specific requirements of the client.
  • Development and Customization: Creation and customization of software modules using the programming language Quill to meet specific business requirements, including the development of custom functions.
  • Integration: Support for the integration of Quintiq with other systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Analysis and resolution of technical issues that arise during implementation or in ongoing operations.
  • Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including system configurations and customizations.
  • Training: Conducting training for internal teams and end-users to ensure effective use of the software.
  • Collaboration: Close collaboration with IPCs and other stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements.
  • Proactive Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve software customizations and configurations to enhance efficiency and user-friendliness.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.

Must have technical skill

  • Strong knowledge in software development, particularly in the programming language Quill.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing software solutions, especially in the Quintiq environment.
  • Knowledge of data integration and migration between different systems.
  • Ability to analyze performance issues and implement optimization measures.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
  • Familiarity with agile development methods and processes.

Good to have technical skills
