We are looking for 13 YOE Software Engineers who can code well and mentor engineering students while staying hands-on with real development projects.
Required Skills- Strong Core Java (Mandatory)
- Experience in any frontend or backend tech (Java/Python/JS/Go/C#/C++ etc.)
- Good understanding of Web Architecture & SQL
- Solid debugging & problem-solving
- Excellent communication & mentoring ability
Role Highlights- Mentor 3rd & 4th year engineering students
- Teach concepts, solve coding challenges, and guide projects
- Work on BridgeLabz in-house development projects
- Full-time onsite role (MonFri, 9 AM6 PM)
