Software Engineering - Senior Manager

Key Deliverables:

1. Manage software engineering teams focused on feature management and hotlist capabilities of FICO's decisioning platform.
2. Oversee product development, taking ownership of the full development life-cycle, and drive new initiatives for product improvement.
3. Collaborate with Product Managers to understand Jira epics, break them down into stories, and plan the roadmap for product delivery.
4. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and strategic direction to team members, ensuring the team's performance and growth.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor geographically distributed development teams with hands-on experience in Java, Angular, AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Microservices.
2. Drive technical discussions and solutions, ensuring the team follows best practices in coding, agile frameworks, and software development life cycles.
3. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, secure coding practices, and testing processes.
4. Foster collaboration across departments to align product development with overall company strategy and execution.
