Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Lead engineering teams focused on feature management and hotlist capabilities of FICO's decisioning platform.
- Own the full software development lifecycle and drive enhancements aligned with the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate Jira epics into actionable stories and development plans.
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best coding and agile practices.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale high-performing, geographically distributed development teams.
- Participate in technical solutioning, architecture discussions, and hands-on coding when needed.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet roadmap objectives.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular feedback sessions, and foster team growth.
