Role Description

We're looking for an SoftwareEngineering Manager (913 yrs) to lead a cross-functional team across backend, Fullstack engineers, data, and ML and AI engineering while staying hands-on with system design, concurrency, DevOps, and performance engineering. You'll architect and scale high-throughput systems that blend AI, ML, and domain expertise transforming raw sensor data into actionable insights. This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram, offering flexibility for some work-from-home days.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Software Design
• Experience in Team Leadership and Leading Delivery
• Strong knowledge of System Design, Distributed Systems and scalable architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Low level Design
• Proficiency in either of these Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
