Software Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed, remote-first backend engineering team.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define roadmap, technical direction, and strategy.
• Own delivery and operational health of all team services and first-party connectors.
• Define best practices and reference implementations for connectors.
• Work cross-functionally with Infragraph Platform and Graph Engine teams to ensure API alignment and schema compliance.
• Mentor and support a community of external contributors, reviewing third-party contributions.
• Remove blockers, manage priorities, and support professional development of team members.
