Required Skills:
- Experience in Hadoop, Spark / PySpark - 4yrs+
- Experience with VBA/Tableau/R/Python - 2yrs+
- Experience in Devops, Open-Source tools/technologies such as Airflow, Jenkins, Git, GitHub actions, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, Python etc. and related tools & processes - 4yrs+
- Experience in web development frameworks, JAVA, Angular - 4yrs +
- Experience with SQL, queries, complex Troubleshooting
- Experience with Cloud Tech - Any (AWS preferred)
- Background in application development, including mobile technologies, web services, and back-end application infrastructure
- Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.

Required Experience & Education:
- 13+ years total IT experience in software engineering of which 5+ years of proven experience leading/managing technical teams with a passion for the developing the talent within the team.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are preferred. Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts
- Proven track record of delivering software engineering initiatives, Data Product initiatives, and cross IT/business initiatives
- Demonstrated success with delivering products using modern software techniques
- Applied expertise in software engineering methodologies including automation and CI/CDExposure to AWS
