Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end development and deployment of software applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Define and implement software engineering strategies, architecture standards, and best practices
Manage, mentor, and scale engineering teams to ensure high performance and continuous skill development
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and delivery plans
Ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, performance, and security across systems
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering guidelines and best practices
Drive adoption of agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices
Oversee system design decisions and cloud infrastructure architecture
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards
