Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage software engineering teams working on Google Cloud Platform-based applications.
Define and implement software engineering strategies, architecture standards, and development roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize technical deliverables.
Ensure development of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based applications.
Oversee code quality through reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance technical and professional growth.
Drive adoption of agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
Monitor system performance, reliability, and cloud infrastructure optimization.
Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in engineering execution.
