Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications on Google Cloud Platform
Define and implement software engineering strategies, architecture standards, and development practices
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure high performance and professional growth
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and priorities
Ensure high-quality code delivery, scalability, performance, and adherence to engineering best practices
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across development teams
Drive adoption of agile development methodologies and continuous delivery practices
Oversee system design, cloud infrastructure decisions, and application performance optimization
Identify risks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement effective solutions
Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient use of cloud resources within healthcare domain requirements
