About the Role:

We are seeking an Engineering Manager (Full Stack) to lead a high-performing team responsible for building scalable, reliable, and data-intensive platforms. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys coaching engineers, owning delivery outcomes, and influencing architecture without losing sight of business impact.

You will balance people leadership, execution, and technical direction, working closely with product, platform, and other engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers delivering critical platform capabilities
  • Own execution, delivery predictability, and technical quality for your team
  • Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices across frontend and backend systems
  • Partner with product managers to define roadmaps and translate business goals into technical plans
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and career development guidance
  • Ensure systems meet standards for scalability, performance, security, and reliability
  • Improve engineering processes, CI/CD maturity, and operational excellence

What You'll Achieve:

  • Improve system observability, stability, and operational maturity
  • Raise the bar on engineering quality and execution across teams

Qualification

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3 - 4+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
  • Strong hands-on background in full-stack development
  • Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular
  • Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or Python
  • Experience designing and operating cloud-native, distributed systems
  • Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong system design, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ad-tech, martech, retail media, or large-scale data platforms
  • Experience leading teams working on high-throughput, low-latency systems
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures or streaming platforms
  • Experience defining and tracking engineering metrics (delivery, quality, reliability)
  • AWS or GCP certifications
