Job Description

Architect Develop: Build an AI-drivenconversational and interactive UI/UX platformthat enables natural interactions between users and Mind-N s digital avatar.
Agentic AI Implementation: Work withLLMs, NLP, and AI-driven interfacesto create an intuitive, personalized experience
VR Gaming Integrations: Ensure seamless interaction between theVR (Unreal Engine, Oculus) and productivity/gaming modules.
Full-Stack Development: Lead backend and frontend engineering efforts usingNode.js, React Native, PostgreSQL, and JSON APIson AWS.
Performance Optimization: Optimize the platform s performance, security, and scalability while ensuring a smooth UX across devices
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally withAI/ML, product design, wellnessspecialists, and cloud engineersto enhance Mind-N s interactive capabilities.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, define best practices, and drive the technical vision forward.
What We re Looking For
8+ yearsof software engineering experience, with at least2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Deep expertise inNode.js, React Native, PostgreSQL, JSON APIs, and AWS services.
Experience working withagentic AI architectures, conversational AI, or NLP-based systems.
Strong knowledge ofVR/game engine integrations (Unreal, Oculus) and interactive digital avatar technologies.
Prior experience working oncustomer experience (CX) or UI/UX platformswith AI-driven personalization.
Solid understanding ofsecurity, scalability, and performance optimizationin a SaaS environment.
Ability to work in afast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of end-to-end engineering solutions.
Bonus Points
Experience withWasabi, Cloudflare, AI-enhanced UI frameworks, or real-time data processing.
Passion formental wellness, gaming, and digital therapeutics.
Experience inleading AI-driven UX/CX projects in a SaaS environment.
