Job Title: Software Engineering Lead (Full Stack)

We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead to establish Phoenix's payments platform. You'll be responsible for building the shared services, APIs, developer tooling, and reliability foundations that empower all product teams. This is a hands-on role where you will design and implement core payments platform capabilities while laying the groundwork for a future platform team. Working closely with product engineers, you'll ensure the platform enables speed, consistency, and scalability as Phoenix grows.

Position Summary
We are seeking an Payments Engineering Lead to own a focused product domain within Phoenix's ecommerce platform and guide a small team in delivering high-impact features. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship and close collaboration with product and design. You'll architect scalable solutions, drive execution within your pod, and ensure the delivery of high-quality features that directly improve merchant success.
