Job Description

  • Contribute to roadmap and strategy presentations that align to organizational goals and resources.
  • Participate in the full SDLC Requirements Gathering, Analysis, design, and coding, testing, training, and operational support using agile methodologies
  • Work with process owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements within ServiceNow and proposing solution and design suggestions
  • Designing solutions to enhance IT service requests in Service Request Management module by developing JavaScript programs and workflows.
  • Timely support of any implementation and performance issues reported on ServiceNow platform
  • Configuration of Email Notifications and Alerts to notify users about specific activities in the system
  • Develop User Interfaces - Configure and maintain Forms, Lists, Views, UI Policy, UI Scripts, UI Actions, View Rules, Welcome Page Content, Map Pages, and other UI elements for ServiceNow modules.
  • Perform environmental promotional activities from Dev to Stage and Test.
  • Designed various custom ServiceNow reports for enhancing higher level management for monitoring the performance of various support teams.

Required Skills:

  • SME in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs including advanced scripting.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Flow Designer.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Flow Designer
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Experience designing, building and maintaining integration using Integration Hub, REST, SOAP web services
  • Experience in Email notifications.
  • Responsible for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management and integrations.
  • Activate a plug-in, build reports, gauges, and homepages
  • Set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor SLA workflows
  • Aiding in translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Required Experience & Education:

  • SME in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.
  • Total 5-8 years of experience needed.
  • bachelors degree or equivalent degree and work experience is required
  • Bachelors degree with Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator - Mandatory
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (preferred)
  • ITIL4 Certified

Desired Experience:

  • Create, maintain, and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.
  • Knowledge on ServiceNow platform modules likes HRSD, APM, PPM, GRC, ITAM
  • Perform advanced customizations including Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
  • Experience designing, building and maintaining integration using REST, SOAP web services
  • Experience on troubleshooting production issues and lead team providing solutions
