Software Engineer

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with 5+ years of overall mobile development experience to build and scale high-quality cross-platform applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Flutter, strong architectural knowledge, and the ability to lead development initiatives and mentor junior developers.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop robust, scalable mobile applications using Flutter
• Architect and implement reusable, maintainable, and high-performance code
• Lead end-to-end mobile application development lifecycle
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 58 years of experience in app development
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android)
• Experience with Dart, Flutter, and/or React Native
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Agile methodology
• Strong understanding of how app development works
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills
• Experience in publishing apps on Play Store & App Store
